Ragtime the Musical March by Terrence McNally with music by Stephen Flaherty and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens.

Based on the novel by E.L. Doctorow, Ragtime the Musical transports audiences to the turn of the 20th century, weaving together the lives of diverse characters against the backdrop of societal upheaval. While it is a work of fiction, the story includes several historical figures and events; intertwining their stories with those of ordinary individuals, mirroring the complexities of the era. With a captivating blend of music and narrative, the show explores themes of love, injustice, and hope, offering a poignant reflection on the human experience during a transformative period in history.

Viewer discretion is advised due to potentially disturbing content; due to this content, we are advertising Ragtime with a PG-13 rating. Gracious, glamorous Myra Marlowe, fed up with fame after a very long career as a television actress, retreats to the small town of Beaver Haven, Vermont, planning to live quietly and anonymously, write her juicy autobiography, and grow her own tomatoes. 

Performances are April 36-38 and May 3-5

August 2024

The Giver by Eric Coble:

When Jonas turns twelve, he is assigned the special role of Receiver of Memories. He goes to work with the Giver, who keeps the memories of the world as it used to exist – memories of violence and fear, but also of joy and love. Together, Jonas and the Giver come up with a plan that will change their world forever.

Performances are August 2-4 and 9-11

November 2024

It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Show by Joe Landry:

This beloved American holiday classic comes to life as a live, captivating 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to life on the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life that one fateful Christmas Eve.

Performances are November 8-10 and 15-17

Season tickets are now on sale!

Those who already are season ticket holders have priority on the seats they currently hold, but there are plenty of great seats available for every performance except the second Sunday: the first two rows are reserved already—but the third row still provides good seating! BUT get those reservations in sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment, and thank you for your support! Season ticket holders give us a base for each performance; it’s so nice to look at the seating layout and know that we have our solid supporters in the audience!
